Tim Baer

Tim Baer

Tim Baer has nearly three decades of experience as a commercial banker. He started in a commercial lending training program and later moved to middle-market lending. He now specializes in a broad range of different industries, such as seafood, manufacturing, contractors and distribution companies. He serves as a board member for the Evergreen Health Foundation, a nonprofit that provides financial support for Evergreen Health Medical Center in Kirkland, Washington; and he serves on the board of Firland Foundation, a nonprofit based in Shoreline, Washington that provides employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Tim holds an undergraduate degree and MBA from the University of Washington.

Chris Casey

Chris has been a banker his entire professional career in a variety of roles at different size financial organizations. However, it’s community business banking where his skills and experience really come together to offer our customers insight and perspective not found anywhere else. His background includes over 30 years of financial services experience, with most of that time spent in commercial banking roles. With his extensive expertise in underwriting, and experience managing middle-market commercial credit relationships, customers can rest easy knowing that that their best interests always come first. Chris has been actively involved with local educational outreach organizations, including Junior Achievement and DECA. He’s a graduate of Washington State University.

Curtis Drury

Curtis Drury

Although Curtis Drury began his commercial banking career at a large bank, it’s the high-touch, customer-centric focus of community business banking where he found his niche. His customers appreciate his willingness to spend extra time learning their businesses to fully understand their often complex needs. Outside of the bank, he’s active in raising funds and awareness for cancer research through involvement in the Obliteride, Base2Space, Pancreatic Cancer Action Network and Making Strides Against Breast Cancer. He also volunteers for Full Life Care and has coached many youth baseball and soccer teams for Mukilteo Little League and Mukilteo Youth Soccer Club. Among the many outdoor activities he enjoys, Curtis lists traveling, scuba diving, skiing, rock climbing, camping and golfing at the top of his list. He is a Northwest native and is a graduate of Edmonds Community College and the University of Washington.

Arnie Gunderson

Arnie Gunderson

Arnie Gunderson has spent his banking career in a range of roles, all in the Puget Sound region, from opening a new branch to serving as a chief lending officer and many functions in between. He has spent time in a variety of financial institutions—big banks, credit unions, and nonprofits—but it’s the community business banking setting where Arnie truly enjoys serving his customers the most. He’s a Small Business Administration (SBA) loan expert and understands the complexities involved in helping small businesses navigate the SBA loan program process. Arnie is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington Graduate School of Business and Western Washington University. He holds a certificate of oboe performance from the Franz Liszt Academy of Music in Budapest, Hungary and performs regularly with the Cascade Symphony Orchestra, where he also serves as president of the board.

Robert Harvie

Robert Harvie

Robert Harvie (or “Harv” to everyone who knows him) has grown up in the community banking world, initially starting out as a credit analyst. Harv works with a wide range of businesses in different industries and especially enjoys assisting manufacturers and professional services firms. He works closely with principals and owners to develop a complete banking relationship. They find Harv can leverage business and personal banking services to build a suite of the most appropriate services, always focused on the customer’s growth and success. In his leisure time, Harv spends time with his family, coaches youth sports and regularly volunteers at the United Way Day of Caring. He is a graduate of Western Washington University where he was a member of the men’s basketball team for four years.

Dean Peterson

Dean Peterson

Dean Peterson has over a decade of commercial banking and lending experience. He started with a focus on commercial real estate, specializing with income producing properties and commercial construction. He expanded into commercial and industrial lending as he enjoys the relational and consultative aspects of working with his customers as they grow their business. Dean is a lifelong Seattle resident and graduated from Western Washington University with a degree in business management.

Kevin Richards

A lifelong Seattleite and a second-generation commercial banker, Kevin Richards knew from the beginning that community banking was where he wanted to learn credit analysis, underwriting and commercial lending. Kevin works with a variety of different clients in an array of industries and has over a decade of commercial banking experience. Customers appreciate his patience, commitment to find and recommend the best solutions and consistent follow-through. Kevin holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Washington and an MBA from Seattle University.

David Stegmeier

David Stegmeier

David Stegmeier has over 15 years of commercial banking and finance experience and brings a deep understanding of credit analysis, operations and IT proficiency. He graduated from Utah Valley University and is a graduate of the Washington Bankers Association’s Executive Development Program.

Katherine Thompson

Katherine has over 30 years of experience providing customized solutions for her customers. She works with a wide variety of businesses and professional practices and has significant experience in commercial real estate financing. Her proactive and results-oriented approach enables her to provide banking solutions tailored to her customers, helping them achieve their business goals. Katherine holds an undergraduate degree in business administration from the University of Montana, an MBA from Seattle University and is a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School and the University of Washington Project Management program. She is an active member of the Rotary Club of Bellevue where she has served as president. She has also served on numerous nonprofit boards and on the Planning Commission for the City of Newcastle.

Steve Vincent

Steve Vincent has over 30 years of commercial banking experience. An experienced business banker and commercial real estate lender, he is able to provide a wide spectrum of customized financing solutions to his customers depending on their financing needs. His customers appreciate working with one banker who understands both operating companies and commercial real estate. He currently serves on the board of directors of Bellevue Downtown Association and Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue. He previously served on Youth Eastside Services’ board of directors and was a member of Bellevue Breakfast Rotary Club. A Washington state native, Steve was raised on Orcas Island in the San Juan Islands. He holds an undergraduate degree from Western Washington University, an MBA from Seattle University and is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School.
