Important dates and service interruptions

Thursday, November 1, 2018:
  • Bill Pay (personal and business) at Premier Community Bank will be unavailable after 2:00 pm PT. Payments scheduled for Friday, November 2 through Sunday, November 4 will be processed on Monday, November 5.
Friday, November 2, 2018:
  • Premier Community Bank's personal online and mobile banking systems will be in view only mode beginning at 4:00 pm PT. This means you can still log in to your account, but your balances and transactions will not reflect any activity after November 2, 2018.
  • Premier Community Bank's business online banking and mobile banking systems will be unavailable beginning at 4:00 pm PT.
  • You will no longer be able to make ATM deposits at non-Heritage Bank locations
  • Final statement date for your Premier Community Bank accounts. You will receive a printed statement regardless of delivery preference.
  • Beginning Friday at 5:00 pm PT and through the weekend, there will be ATM limitations. Balance inquiries and transfers between accounts will not be available
  • Debit card transactions posted to your account will be delayed beginning at 5:00 pm PT.
Saturday, November 3, 2018:
  • Conversion to Heritage Bank accounts.
Sunday, November 4, 2018:
  • Last day to use your Premier Community Bank debit card. Your new Heritage Bank Visa® Debit Card will be mailed the week of October 15, 2018. You can activate your new card as soon as you receive it, but you cannot use your new card until Monday, November 5, 2018.
Monday, November 5, 2018:
  • You can begin using your Heritage Bank's online banking and Bill Pay systems at 8:00 am PT.
  • You can begin using your Heritage Bank Visa® Debit Card
  • You will have access to Heritage Bank's telephone banking system after 8:00 am PT.
  • You will have access to Heritage Bank's mobile banking and mobile remote deposit at 8:00 am PT.
  • Bill payments previously scheduled for November 2—November 4, 2018 will be processed by Heritage Bank.
  • Debit card transactions from over the weekend will begin posting to your account.
