After the system conversion on May 5, 2018, you will have access to Heritage Bank's online and mobile banking tools. Read the information below for important dates and services interruptions, helpful guides and frequently asked questions.

Important dates

Thursday, May 3, 2018:
  • Bill Pay at Puget Sound Bank will be unavailable after 10:00 am
  • Mobile banking at Puget Sound Bank will be unavailable after 10:00 am
Friday, May 4, 2018:
  • Online banking at Puget Sound Bank will be in view-only mode after 2:00 pm
Saturday, May 5, 2018:
  • Puget Sound Bank accounts convert to Heritage Bank
Sunday, May 6, 2018:
  • Last day to use your Puget Sound Bank MasterCard® Debit Card—you will receive your new Heritage Bank Visa® Debit card the week of April 23, 2018
Monday, May 7, 2018:
  • Begin using your Heritage Bank Visa® Debit Card
  • Online & mobile banking and Bill Pay are available at Heritage Bank after 8:00 am
