After the system conversion on May 5, 2018, you will have access to Heritage Bank's treasury management services. Please read the information below for important dates and service interruptions, helpful guides and frequently asked questions.  
 

Important dates

Thursday, May 3, 2018:
  • Business Bill Pay at Puget Sound Bank will be unavailable after 10:00 am
  • Business mobile banking at Puget Sound Bank will be unavailable after 10:00 am
Friday, May 4, 2018:
  • Business online banking at Puget Sound Bank will be in view-only mode after 2:00 pm
  • ACH files will not be processed from Puget Sound Bank after 2:00 pm
  • Wire transfers will not be processed from Puget Sound Bank after 2:00 pm
Saturday, May 5, 2018:
  • Puget Sound Bank accounts convert to Heritage Bank
Sunday, May 6, 2018:
  • Last day to use your Puget Sound Bank MasterCard® Debit Card—you will receive your new Heritage Bank Visa® Debit Card the week of April 23, 2018
Monday, May 7, 2018:
  • Business online & mobile banking and Bill Pay are available at Heritage Bank after 8:00 am
  • Begin using your Heritage Bank Visa® Debit Card
  • ACH file processing is available at Heritage Bank after 8:00 am
  • Wire transfer processing is available at Heritage Bank after 8:00 am

Accessing your Treasury Management Services

See below for instructions on how to access each of your Treasury Management Services.

  • Go to HeritageBankNW.com.
  • Select Business Accounts from the Sign In drop-down menu.
  • You will be directed to the Business Online Banking welcome page.
  • Bookmark this page for future reference.
  • Enter the Company ID, User ID, and User Password as instructed in the business online banking letter you received or will soon receive. 

First Time Login Instruction

  • Go to HeritageBankNW.com.
  • Select Business Accounts from the Sign In drop-down menu.
  • You will be directed to the Business Online Banking welcome page.
  • Bookmark this page for future reference.
  • Enter the Company ID, User ID, and User Password as instructed in the business online banking letter you received or will soon receive.
  • Click on the Payments & Transfers tab and click on Bill Payment under Additional Services menu.

First Time Login Instruction

  • Select Business Accounts from the Sign In drop-down menu.
  • You will be directed to the Business Online Banking welcome page.

  • Enter the Company ID, User ID, and User Password as instructed in the business online banking letter you received or will soon receive.
  • Click on the Account Activities & Reporting tab and click Decision Positive Pay Items, View Issued Check Register or Enter Issued Checks.
  • Go to HeritageBankNW.com.
  • Select PSB Remote Deposit from the Sign In drop-down menu.
  • You will be directed to the RDC login page.
  • Bookmark this page for future reference.
  • Enter the User Name, Password, and Company.
