Bill Pay Designed for Business

Heritage Bank is upgrading business bill pay to make paying bills more efficient and giving you more time to focus on your business. There are numerous improvements and expanded capabilities. To ensure a smooth transition, please be sure to follow the action items listed below. We are committed to making this as seamless as possible for you, please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
 
 

Important timeline and action items

Prior to Thursday, May 30, 2019:
  • Schedule any payments with a process date prior to June 4, 2019
  • Print or export payment history from the current system
  • Take note of your eBill payee login credentials
  • Review primary user (admin) and sub-user permissions as outlined in the Business Bill Pay FAQs and determine if any permissions need to be edited on June 4 by the primary user (admin)
Thursday, May 30, 2019:
  • Bill pay will be unavailable after 6:00 pm PT
Tuesday, June 4, 2019:
  • You can begin using the new business bill pay system at 9:00 am PT
  • Bills previously scheduled for May 31, 2019 through June 4, 2019 will be processed on the new system
  • The primary user (admin) should log in and make any necessary sub-user permission changes - see Bill Pay User Permissions guide
  • We recommend reviewing payees and scheduled payments for accuracy
  • The first time you log in to the new system, you will be prompted to:
    • Create four challenge questions
    • Review and accept the Terms & Conditions
    • Reconnect eBills using payee login credentials
