Brian has been a leader at Heritage Bank for 22 years, contributing as President and Chief Operating Officer as well as Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer before serving as President and Chief Executive Officer. Brian joined the Heritage team with more than 24 years of experience at West One Bank. He serves as a director of the Pacific Bankers Management Institute and the Finance Committee of the Community Foundation of South Puget Sound. He also serves on the Western Independent Bankers Board, is a proud grandfather and loves to fly fish.
President and Chief Executive Officer, Heritage Bank
Jeff joined Heritage in 2010 as Executive Vice President, becoming Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in the same year, before being promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer in 2012. Jeff brings more than 28 years of banking experience with companies like JPMorgan Chase, Bank United, First Union Bank, CoreStates Bank, and First Pennsylvania Bank. He serves on the Washington Bankers Association board as Chairman-Elect, is an avid cyclist and has climbed to the top of Mt. Rainier.
Chief Operating Officer
Bryan joined Heritage Bank in 2014 as Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer, bringing with him more than 20 years of managerial experience in sales, credit, operations, commercial banking and residential real estate. At Whidbey Island Bank, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer from 2012–2014. He sits on the Board of Trustees of the Economic Alliance Snohomish County, and enjoys boating, skiing and spending time with his family.
Executive Vice President and Director of Shared Services
Before joining the Heritage Bank leadership team in 2015, Lisa held a number of senior management positions at Zions Bancorporation in Utah. She holds an Accounting Degree from Portland State University, a MBA from Westminster College and graduated with honors from the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington. Lisa is a student of history, a traveler and volunteers for various family and food bank support services. She enjoys being in nature and hiking the trails of Bainbridge Island.
Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer
Bill joined Heritage in 2017 as Chief Technology Officer. More than 20 years ago, Bill started in the banking industry as a teller. Since then, he’s held multiple leadership roles in Product Management, Operational Excellence, and Technology at Washington Mutual and JPMorgan Chase. Bill holds a BA from Western Washington University and an MBA from the Yale School of Management. He is an outdoor and cooking enthusiast and serves as Scoutmaster for the Boy Scout Troop 1564 on Bainbridge Island.
Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer
Tom came to Heritage Bank with six years' experience as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management and Regulatory Relations at BankUnited. Prior to that, he gained 18 years of leadership experience in audit and risk management. He earned his MBA from California State University, Northridge, and is a cook, creator and scholar.
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Don has been with Heritage Bank since 2005, joining the team as Vice President and Controller before stepping into his current role in 2007. Prior to joining Heritage, he spent more than ten years in the banking practice at the firms of Knight, Vale and Gregory and RSM McGladrey. He's also a Certified Public Accountant, a golfer and serves on the Board of Tacoma/Pierce County Habitat for Humanity.
Executive Vice President and Director of Retail Banking
Cindy has been with Heritage Bank since 1988, was named Senior Vice President in 2004 and Director of Retail Banking in 2006. She holds a BS in Management from the University of Northern Colorado and continued her education at the Pacific Coast Banking School. She is a world traveler, scrap booker and has a keen eye for photography.
Senior Vice President and Corporate Secretary
Kaylene has been with Heritage Bank since 1999, joining the team as a Senior Staff Accountant after spending three years at the public accounting firm of Knight, Vale and Gregory. She has taken on a number of roles at Heritage, including Controller in 2001 and Internal Control Officer in 2005 before being appointed Corporate Secretary in 2008. She earned her BS from Western Washington University, is a Certified Public Accountant and enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.
Senior Vice President and Human Resources Director
Sabrina joined the Heritage team more than thirty years ago as an intern, contributing in a variety of roles throughout the years before rising in the ranks to her current leadership position in 2002. She attended Saint Martin's University in Olympia, Washington, is SPHR and SHRM-CP certified, and is a fourth-generation native of the Pacific Northwest.
Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer
Dave has been with Heritage Bank for more than 15 years, serving in his current role since 2007. Before joining Heritage, he was a commercial lender at Bank of America in Small Business Banking and was a regional manager for Bank of America's government-guaranteed lending division. He is a Seattle native, a U.S. Army veteran and serves on the Board of Evergreen Business Capital.
